That makes it authentic, and valuable to those who recognize themselves in it. And it's really cool to get reactions from readers. About how my book has helped them further. has inspired. Or that they laughed really hard about it. Admittedly, there is undoubtedly a lot of ego in that. But that doesn't make it any less nice. The points for this are some of my learning points and experiences. Other writers may see or experience things very differently. And that is of course completely fine.
